Processing and Shipping Time
Total delivery time = Processing time + Shipping time.
Orders are typically processed within 2–5 business days before being shipped. The shipping times depend on your location but can be estimated as follows:
- Canada: 2–5 business days
- USA: 3–6 business days
- Europe: 3–6 business days
- Australia: 2–5 business days
- Japan: 2–5 business days
- International: 10–15 business days
Shipping times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, holidays, or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on your order’s destination, weight, and dimensions. They may vary depending on the available shipping method. The total cost will be displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, we’ll email you a tracking number so you can follow your package from our fulfillment center to your doorstep. You can check the tracking anytime to see the latest updates on your delivery. If tracking information isn't visible immediately, it can take up to 24 hours for updates to appear.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
Customs fees or import taxes may apply in some cases, depending on your country’s regulations. These charges are determined by local authorities and are not under our control. Any applicable fees are typically collected by the carrier or the relevant office upon delivery.
Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by doing the following:
- Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the shipping address
- Ask your local post office if they have your package
- Stop by your neighbors in case the carrier left the package with them
If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or your neighbor's, please let us know with your order number and a description of the issue. We will then contact the carrier to assist you.
If you did find a mistake in your shipping address, we can offer a reshipment; however, the shipping will be at your own cost.
We’re sorry if the product you received arrived damaged. To help us resolve this quickly, please email us at deczyofficial@gmail.com within 7 days, including photos of the damaged item, your order number, and any other relevant details. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!
Shipping Restrictions
We offer worldwide shipping but cannot ship to certain countries due to legal restrictions or carrier limitations. The list of restricted countries may change over time, but currently, we do not ship to the following destinations:

Address Accuracy
Please make sure that your shipping address is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. If an order is returned to us due to a wrong address, additional shipping costs may apply for reshipment.
