  • Gift cards.
  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • Intimate apparel such as underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons).

Refund Process

Returned items are not required, as all products are made to order.

Exchanges

At this time, we do not offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit best, please refer to the sizing chart available in each product description.

In rare cases, an item may be mislabeled. If this happens, email us at deczyofficial@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a replacement or issue a refund.

Cancellations

We do not accept order cancellations. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, but since all items are made to order, we cannot accommodate cancellation requests once your purchase is confirmed.
